Started in 1986 the Group today is a US$ 3 billion conglomerate, with operations in commodities trading [minerals], agro exports, shipping and logistics, realty & hospitality and education/e-learning.

As early as 1988, the enormous potential of personal computers and pioneered SIVA PC that went on to become the trend setter in a nascent industry. In the subsequent years, the group’s reputation as a pioneer grew exponentially as it built leading brands in broadband connectivity, mobile telephony and food & beverages, proving with each venture, the core competencies of the group in terms of entrepreneurial spirit, operational capability and scalability.

The mobile brand Aircel created by the SIVA Group – by changing the rules of the game from the word go – heralded a mobile revolution in India. Post its divestment in March 2006, the Group has invested in diversified business streams across industries, both in India and abroad.
