SIVA entered the shipping business in 2008, through the acquisition of JB Ugland Shipping, an Oslo-based shipping company. • 16.67% stake in Swiber PJW 3000, one of the largest Derrick Pipe lay barges in the Asia-Pacific region that are extensively used in offshore oil and gas sectors.
